Open an E-wallet with any honest and secure online processors. I use Perfect Money and Neteller but PM has the cheapest commission (there are many other processors accepted by merchant shares, check the site for detail).

Steps To Open Empowr Account From Nigeria

Step 1- Open PayPal account

This article might help you in Paypal opening and verification

Step 2- Link your Nigeria MasterCard with your REAL names and real card address as your billing address.

Step 3- Verify your PayPal account. I think this is where most are stuck.

Ensure your Mastercard is usable online. Preferably Gtbank Mastercard either naira or dollar.
